Key Responsibilities:

  • Denials Processing & Claims Follow-Up:

    • Manage day-to-day activities of Denials Processing, Claims follow-up, and Customer Service.

    • Ensure project-related quality processes are followed by associates and that both client-specific and internal metrics are achieved.

    • Track and trend data to identify areas for improvement.

  • Client Interaction:

    • Participate in client calls to understand quality requirements and targets from both a process and goal perspective.

    • Develop strategies to meet these quality targets, consulting with operations or team managers.

  • Error Tracking & Feedback:

    • Collect data on errors in transactions (e.g., charts, claims, EOBs).

    • Provide face-to-face feedback to employees and send email communication detailing errors.

    • Offer coaching to employees to minimize errors and enhance performance.

  • Training & Process Familiarization:

    • Provide inputs to the training team on common errors to enhance training curricula.

    • Test files and batches for new clients/processes as part of familiarization.

    • Prepare and maintain daily quality status reports.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Generate daily QA reports.

    • Ensure internal and external SLAs are met as per defined processes.

    • Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality control or auditing, with at least 1.5 years in the healthcare industry.

  • Skills:

    • Strong problem-solving and issue resolution abilities.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Solid understanding of healthcare concepts, revenue cycles, medical billing, and accounts receivable.

    • Must be proficient in product and process knowledge.

    • Strong analytical and judgmental skills.

    • Ability to coach and train others effectively.

  • Additional Requirements:

    • Ability to prepare and maintain quality status reports.

    • Sound knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
