Job Summary

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing and optimizing Enterprise CRM processes (Salesforce). As the point of contact for internal stakeholders related to CRM, the role ensures the optimal performance of Salesforce and provides administrative support to all Enterprise CRM users. This position serves as a subject matter expert within the Sales Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine data analysis to generate reports and offer insights into sales performance.
  • Support the management and maintenance of CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Document and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with departments like sales, marketing, and IT to ensure seamless communication and alignment on reporting requirements.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics.
  • Evaluate existing processes and suggest improvements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly dashboards tailored to sales teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on Salesforce reporting tools and processes.
  • Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to meet specific needs.
  • Implement automation processes to reduce manual data entry and ensure consistency.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity in Salesforce.
  • May occasionally support the Sales Operations help desk team as requested.

Qualifications

  • Education: BA/BS in a business-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, analytical ability, and critical thinking.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
    • Intermediate proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Excel.
    • Proven ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment.

  • Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%).
