Job Summary
Join IQVIA as a Per Diem RN Clinical Nurse Educator and apply your clinical experience in a dynamic, field-based education role. This position offers registered nurses the opportunity to transition from traditional bedside care to a rewarding role in medical device education. You'll collaborate with clinicians in critical care and infusion settings to train and support them on innovative medical devices—without sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver peer-to-peer clinical education to nurses, physicians, and healthcare professionals
Conduct in-service sessions and product training for medical device implementations
Assess clinical training needs and tailor sessions accordingly
Address user questions and provide expert guidance on device usage
Report feedback and outcomes to the client during and post-in-service
Required Skills & Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
Active and unrestricted RN license
3–5 years of Infusion or Vascular Access experience
2+ years of Critical Care Unit (ICU/CCU) experience preferred
Clinical leadership background (educator, preceptor, or manager) a plus
Tech-savvy; comfortable with common software tools
Availability for minimum 2 weeks per month
Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationally
