### **About the Role**
We are seeking a **Research Technician-II** to support **Flow Cytometry research and development**, contributing to the launch of **immunophenotyping panels** and the development of analytical methods for **multicolor panel testing**.
### **Your Responsibilities**
- Conduct **day-to-day research experiments** as per the study plan.
- Perform **routine analysis** of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Provide **feedback on instrument, software, and reagent performance**.
- Maintain **flow cytometry instruments**, including routine running and maintenance.
- **Document experimental data** in laboratory notebooks or case reports.
- Participate in **investigations related to testing performance**.
### **Who You Are**
#### **Required Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree (3+ years experience)** OR **Master’s degree (1-2 years experience)** in **Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or Immunology**.
- **Hands-on experience with flow cytometry** (operation, maintenance, data collection, and QC).
- Experience handling **whole blood, bone marrow, and body fluids**.
- Knowledge of **antibody cocktail preparation**.
