Job Description:
Fortrea, a leading global Clinical Research Organization, is seeking a Research Technician to support its Clinical Pharmacology Start-up team in initiating early-phase clinical trials with efficiency and precision.
This is a full-time, rotating shifts, office-based position located in Dallas, TX.
What You Will Do:
You will apply clinical skills and judgment to deliver exceptional care to trial participants and respond to emergencies in alignment with clinical research standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and record vital signs: blood pressure, weights, pulse, respiratory rate, temperature
Prepare and record ECGs/Holters
Collect and process biological samples per protocol and ensure proper distribution
Monitor dietary compliance
Prepare rooms and medical equipment
Assist with participant screening procedures
Maintain a clean and efficient work environment
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
Preferred Certifications:
EMT
Phlebotomy
CMA (Certified Medical Assistant)
CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
Experience:
0–1 year of clinical research experience
Prior clinical experience preferred but not required
Recent graduates encouraged to apply

Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using technology-based systems for data entry
