Position Summary

We are seeking multiple Research Technicians to support our Clinical Pharmacology Start-Up team in initiating Early Phase clinical trials. You will help bring new drugs to market by assisting in critical research activities, ensuring protocol adherence, and interacting closely with trial participants.

This is a full-time, rotating shift, on-site position located in Dallas, TX.


Key Responsibilities

As a Research Technician, you will:

Clinical Tasks

  • Perform accurate vital signs measurements, including:

    • Blood pressure

    • Weight

    • Pulse

    • Respiratory rate

    • Temperature

  • Perform venipuncture (blood draws)

  • Prepare and accurately record ECGs and Holter monitors

  • Collect and process biological samples per study protocol

  • Monitor participant meal intake for dietary compliance

Operational Support

  • Assist in the preparation of rooms and medical equipment

  • Support screening procedures as needed

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient study environment

  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the clinical team


Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
    (Relevant and equivalent experience may be considered in place of formal education)

Preferred:

  • Certification in EMT, Phlebotomy, CMA, or CNA

  • 0–1 year of clinical research experience

  • Experience in a clinical or medical setting (ideal, but not required)
