Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and research-oriented Research Scientist – R&D to join our research and development team. The role involves conducting scientific research, designing and optimizing chemical processes, and supporting the development of innovative pharmaceutical products.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in chemical synthesis, analytical techniques, experimental design, and scientific problem-solving, along with a passion for innovation and research excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute laboratory experiments related to chemical synthesis and analytical studies.
Analyze, interpret, and document experimental data with scientific accuracy.
Develop and optimize chemical processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and product quality.
Maintain detailed laboratory records, research documentation, and experimental findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing R&D projects and business objectives.
Conduct literature reviews and stay updated with scientific advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Prepare technical reports, scientific presentations, and patent-related documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and company procedures.
Support process development and innovation initiatives within the organization.
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Chemistry or related discipline.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of chemical synthesis, analytical techniques, and process development.
Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and research methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Strong documentation and technical writing abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Awareness of laboratory safety protocols and regulatory standards.
