Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Research Associate – Lab Operations for our Clinical Laboratory division in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for candidates with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in lab testing, clinical trials, and sample management, particularly in BA-BE studies and LIMS environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate analyzers and carry out testing of QC, patient/subject, and proficiency testing (PT) samples in accordance with SOPs.

  • Evaluate and analyze External Quality Assessment Scheme (EQAS) sample results in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Monitor stock/inventory and report requirements to section in-charge monthly or as needed.

  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments to ensure operational continuity.

  • Perform sample accessioning, temperature monitoring, and instrument data backups regularly.

  • Carry out additional responsibilities as delegated by management or HOD.


Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Life Sciences or MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology)

  • 4–5 years of relevant lab experience in clinical research settings (CT/BA-BE/LIMS)

  • Good working knowledge of analyzers and lab equipment

  • Familiarity with GLP/GCLP standards and clinical lab compliance norms
