Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Research Associate – Lab Operations for our Clinical Laboratory division in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for candidates with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in lab testing, clinical trials, and sample management, particularly in BA-BE studies and LIMS environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate analyzers and carry out testing of QC, patient/subject, and proficiency testing (PT) samples in accordance with SOPs.
Evaluate and analyze External Quality Assessment Scheme (EQAS) sample results in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor stock/inventory and report requirements to section in-charge monthly or as needed.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments to ensure operational continuity.
Perform sample accessioning, temperature monitoring, and instrument data backups regularly.
Carry out additional responsibilities as delegated by management or HOD.
Qualifications:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Life Sciences or MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology)
4–5 years of relevant lab experience in clinical research settings (CT/BA-BE/LIMS)
Good working knowledge of analyzers and lab equipment
Familiarity with GLP/GCLP standards and clinical lab compliance norms
