Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate I - Analytical to join our team in Greater Noida. This role will focus on analytical chemistry techniques and require collaboration with the synthesis team to support drug discovery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine analysis independently using analytical instruments such as HPLC, LCMS, NMR, or other purification methods.
  • Work closely with the synthetic team and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
  • Handle and operate relevant analytical instruments with proficiency.
  • Perform method development, particularly on HPLC/LCMS (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Maintain, clean, calibrate, and document analytical instruments as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure the laboratory maintains a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to all analytical work.

Person Profile:

  • Qualification: M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in analytical chemistry, with expertise in techniques such as HPLC, LCMS, and NMR.
  • Strong knowledge of instrumental techniques and their applications.
  • Ability to perform routine analyses independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards in laboratory work.
