Role Overview

The Associate Clinical Specialist supports clinical education, customer engagement, and sales enablement for Medtronic products within assigned business units. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates seeking to build a career in clinical support, medical device operations, and customer-facing healthcare roles.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical and On-Site Support

  • Conduct on-site product education sessions and clinical consultation activities.

  • Assist field teams in delivering high-quality service and achieving optimal outcomes for customers and patients.

  • Provide case support, technical guidance, and clinical insights across assigned territories.

Sales Collaboration

  • Partner with sales teams to execute business plans and support market expansion.

  • Participate in conferences, conventions, and customer events to increase product awareness and adoption.

  • Identify growth opportunities and support execution with the Sales and Clinical Support teams.

Technical Expertise and Resource Management

  • Serve as a technical resource for designated medical devices or solutions.

  • Assist in implementation of clinical projects, working closely with Clinical Leads and Regional Sales teams.

  • Support delivery of assigned tasks within scope, aligning with operational standards and regulatory requirements.

Role Expectations and Work Characteristics

  • Entry-level individual contributor role with structured guidance and close supervision.

  • Responsible for smaller, less complex tasks or projects.

  • Expected to identify and solve moderately simple issues within functional parameters.

  • Communicates mainly with internal teams to gather and share information.

  • Focuses on personal skill development and continuous learning in clinical and technical domains.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (global degree equivalency acceptable under 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)).

  • Freshers with 0 years of experience are eligible.

  • APAC exception: High School Diploma with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Physical Requirements

Responsibilities may include activities that require mobility, extended standing, and handling of medical equipment. Detailed physical requirements will be provided during the hiring process.
