JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Research Associate to join our Life Science & Healthcare Products business group in Noida. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a talented and vibrant Biopharma Insights team consisting of approximately 100 professionals. Reporting to the Director/Senior Director, this role focuses on pharmaceutical market research, market assessment, and generating insights for global stakeholders.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Management (Required).
  • PhD in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (Preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in biopharma, healthcare, market research, or the financial sector.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders (Preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one therapeutic area.

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting complex clinical and commercial datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • A flexible and proactive approach to work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Research Associate will perform three broad functions:

  1. Primary and Secondary Market Research
  2. Report Writing and Data Analysis
  3. Project Management and Execution

Primary & Secondary Market Research:

  • Analyze and interpret clinical and commercial data from various sources to evaluate market trends and assess commercial opportunities.
  • Conduct primary research via surveys and interviews with medical and healthcare experts.
  • Design primary market research surveys and questionnaires to collect valuable insights.
  • Conduct secondary research to extract meaningful data from existing literature, reports, and databases.

Scientific & Market Insights Development:

  • Translate therapeutic area expertise, market research data, and competitive intelligence into actionable business insights.
  • Develop market forecasts and assess industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide therapeutic and commercial expertise in biopharma research projects.

Report Writing & Communication:

  • Create detailed reports, whitepapers, and presentations to communicate research findings effectively.
  • Present insights in a clear, concise, and objective manner to internal and external stakeholders.
