    Position: Remote Associate Healthcare Recruiter - COVID Task Team

    Compensation: Commission Only - $200 per healthcare professional (HCP) per month

    About Us:
    Star Nursing is expanding rapidly to meet the increasing demand for healthcare professionals amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. We are hiring over 100 Associate Healthcare Recruiters to join our COVID Task Team (CTT). This role is critical in helping us provide top-notch healthcare professionals to care for COVID-19 patients.

    Role Overview:
    As a Remote Associate Healthcare Recruiter, you will be integral to our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) practice. You will handle the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while reporting directly to an Account Manager. Your success and earnings are directly tied to your ability to recruit and place healthcare professionals efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment:

      • Understand hiring needs and requirements for healthcare positions.
      • Source, interview, and screen candidates (C.N.A, LVN, LPN, RN) to match client requests.
      • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
      • Build and maintain relationships with candidates through various networks and our Applicant Tracking System.
      • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

    • Sourcing & Networking:

      • Utilize advanced internet techniques and social media outlets to connect with potential candidates.
      • Establish connections with professional groups and organizations.
      • Innovate and implement new sourcing methods to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

    • Candidate Management:

      • Maintain communication and rapport with candidates to foster long-term relationships.
      • Perform quality calls, provide coaching, and ensure successful placement and onboarding.
      • Ensure all required documentation is uploaded to Star Nursing’s portal before extending job offers.

    • Compliance & Onboarding:

      • Assist with onboarding new hires and coordinate with the compliance department.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Experience:

      • Previous experience in healthcare recruitment preferred.
      • Experience recruiting for remote positions is a plus.

    • Skills:

      • Confident telephone manner with a strong aptitude for cold calling.
      • Ability to handle multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively.
      • Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
      • Creative and innovative recruiting experience is highly valued.
      • Hands-on experience in the entire recruitment lifecycle is advantageous.
