Role Overview

Teva is seeking a Regulatory Coordinator to support the Director, Regulatory Affairs and Senior Directors in International Markets. This role involves coordinating regulatory tasks, ensuring compliance with global regulations and in-house standards, and providing administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs teams in India and international markets.

The Regulatory Coordinator will serve as a key operational liaison across teams and vendors, supporting regulatory submissions, data management, and cross-site collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Support & Coordination

  • Assist the Regulatory Affairs leadership in completing regulatory tasks within agreed timelines

  • Support regulatory submissions through data entry, document management, and coordination with global teams

  • Maintain compliance with international and in-house regulatory standards

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and monitor team inboxes

  • Coordinate global team meetings, town halls, site visits, and off-site events

  • Assist in preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation as required

  • Manage vendors, PO generation, invoice processing, archival, and reconciliation for Indian and international operations

Collaboration & Communication

  • Liaise across global sites to enable operational execution and efficiency

  • Provide timely updates and follow-ups to internal teams and stakeholders

  • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment


Education and Experience Requirements

  • Qualification: M.Pharm (Master’s in Pharmacy)

  • Experience: 2–3 years in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, operations, or related administrative support

  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical company processes and departmental workflows


Skills and Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Effective time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and computer literacy
