Job Overview

Accenture is hiring a Regulatory Compliance New Associate to support quality control and regulatory compliance testing activities. This entry-level role is designed for early-career professionals interested in regulatory compliance, control testing, and risk management. The position focuses on executing testing activities within Agile delivery models while ensuring adherence to defined quality and compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support regulatory compliance and control testing activities in line with defined guidelines and procedures

  • Execute quality and control testing tasks within Agile testing models and integrated development environments

  • Assist in managing development sprints and tracking testing activities

  • Identify, document, and report testing outcomes and compliance gaps

  • Follow established testing methodologies, SOPs, and quality frameworks

  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet delivery and quality objectives

  • Adhere to risk management and compliance requirements across all assigned tasks

  • Support operations that may require working in rotational shifts


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Basic knowledge or interest in Quality Control, Compliance Testing, or Risk Management

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced delivery model

  • Strong commitment to quality and process adherence

  • Willingness to learn Agile testing practices and compliance frameworks


Experience & Education

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in compliance, quality control, testing, or related domains

  • Any Graduate qualification is acceptable
