Role Overview

The Regulatory Compliance New Associate role is an entry-level opportunity designed for graduates looking to build a career in regulatory compliance, quality control, and agile testing environments. The position focuses on supporting compliance and control testing activities within agile delivery models, helping organizations transition from reactive to proactive compliance frameworks powered by data and intelligent technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance & Control Testing

  • Support quality control and compliance testing activities within Agile testing frameworks.

  • Execute assigned testing tasks aligned with development sprints and integration processes.

  • Assist in transforming compliance and quality testing from reactive approaches to proactive operating models.

Team Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with team members and direct supervisors to complete assigned tasks.

  • Follow predefined guidelines, standard procedures, and quality benchmarks.

  • Solve routine operational problems by referring to established processes and instructions.

Operational Discipline

  • Maintain a strong commitment to quality, risk management, and compliance standards.

  • Adapt to rotational shifts as required by business needs.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to internal compliance requirements.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Any graduation (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline).

  • Experience: 0–1 year (freshers are welcome).

  • Basic understanding or exposure to quality control testing, compliance, or agile environments is preferred but not mandatory.


Skills & Competencies
