Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze and review user profiles, audio, video, and text content flagged for potential violations or illegal activity.
Investigate, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users or systems.
Conduct basic internet research and interpret complex data for decision-making.
Apply AML practices such as client onboarding, sanction screening, remediation, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
Ensure accurate transaction monitoring to prevent illegal cash movement within financial systems.
Display emotional resilience, strong coping mechanisms, and the ability to process sensitive or objectionable content professionally.
Work closely with internal teams under detailed supervision, solving routine problems within guidelines.
This role may require working in rotational shifts.
