Skill Required:

  • Transaction Monitoring

  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and review user profiles, audio, video, and text content flagged for potential violations or illegal activity.

  • Investigate, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users or systems.

  • Conduct basic internet research and interpret complex data for decision-making.

  • Apply AML practices such as client onboarding, sanction screening, remediation, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).

  • Ensure accurate transaction monitoring to prevent illegal cash movement within financial systems.

  • Display emotional resilience, strong coping mechanisms, and the ability to process sensitive or objectionable content professionally.

  • Work closely with internal teams under detailed supervision, solving routine problems within guidelines.

  • This role may require working in rotational shifts.


Required Qualifications:

  • Any Graduation
