Role Overview

Work primarily involves client onboarding, account maintenance, and KYC processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to mitigate risks associated with customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Client On-boarding, Account Maintenance, and Customer Identification Program (CIP) tasks.

  • Conduct KYC screening, including Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) screening and adverse media checks.

  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Communicate complex compliance issues clearly to a variety of internal stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and effective management of competing priorities.

  • Collaborate efficiently within a global team while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Use Microsoft Office Suite proficiently, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Drive customer identification, due diligence, and enhanced due diligence per business and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain knowledge of governance, operating models, processes, and system controls relevant to compliance.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Familiarity with a wide range of external data sources and third-party systems used in due diligence.

  • Experience in financial services, preferably within risk, compliance, or financial crime.

  • Understanding of effective risk management.

  • Experience working with high-risk client groups.

  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical, research, and attention to detail skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts and manage tight deadlines efficiently.
