Your Role

As part of our global team, you will be a key contact supporting our commercial and customer-facing functions with quality and regulatory expertise for our global Life Science product portfolio. You’ll be an advocate for customer inquiries and ensure that regulatory and quality topics are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide consultative services and documentation support to customers on quality and regulatory topics, focusing on areas like pharmaceutical raw materials (e.g., excipients & APIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Quality, Regulatory, Business) to resolve customer inquiries and find effective solutions.
  • Support the development of market-leading solutions, providing clear advice to customers and internal stakeholders while simplifying complex topics for non-experts.
  • Drive improvements in digital solutions and workflows to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on your designated product portfolio, leading continuous improvements and implementation of digital workflows to improve service delivery.

Who You Are

  • Education: Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in customer service within Life Science, Biotechnology, or related industries.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of quality and regulatory guidelines, particularly for pharmaceutical raw materials, is a plus.
  • Digital Proficiency: Strong digital skills, particularly with tools like SFDC, SAP, and Microsoft 365.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    • A global mindset, willing to participate in global calls, including outside of office hours (e.g., night calls).
  • Regional Experience: Exposure to the APAC region will be an added advantage.
