Role Overview

The Quality-Medical Affairs Professional (Q-MAP) plays a critical role within the Medical Affairs organization, focusing on the quality review of promotional and non-promotional materials. This role supports the cross-functional teams, leveraging clinical and scientific knowledge to ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of deliverables.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Brand Team Support: Serve as a key medical point of contact for the brand team, contributing clinical and scientific knowledge.
  • Content Development and Review: Provide scientific input into the development and review of promotional and non-promotional materials.
  • Medical Expertise: Analyze data, develop slide sets, and support publications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Clinical Research Physicians (CRPs), Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), and other medical affairs teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Scientific Data Disclosure: Contribute to Scientific Data Disclosure (SDD) and support relevant medical literature review to remain current in the therapeutic area.
  • Medical Strategy Support: Assist in the development of local brand plans and medical strategies.
  • Support medical training for internal business partners.

Candidate Requirements

🎓 Education & Experience:

  • Advanced degree (MD, PhD) in health sciences with ≥2 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic experience, or
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (MBBS, BDS, PharmD, MSc Nursing, etc.) with ≥2 years of clinical experience.
  • Experience in scientific content and clinical/therapeutic experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate scientific data into clear and compliant content.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory).
  • Strong leadership and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to manage high workload and prioritize complex deliverables.
