Job Overview

ProPharma is hiring a Quality Lead responsible for overseeing Quality Management System (QMS) activities, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements across operations.

This is a cross-functional quality + audit + compliance role, not a technical or scientific core role.


Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Management System (QMS) Ownership

  • Manage and control QMS processes

  • Oversee:

    • Deviations

    • CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)

    • Document Control

  • Ensure compliance with **cGxP guidelines


2. SOPs & Documentation

  • Create and maintain SOPs and Work Instructions

  • Ensure controlled documents are compliant and up-to-date


3. Audits & Inspections

  • Support and lead:

    • Client audits

    • Regulatory inspections

  • Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for quality topics


4. Deviation & CAPA Management

  • Investigate deviations

  • Perform root cause analysis

  • Implement and track CAPAs to closure


5. Compliance & Improvement

  • Monitor compliance KPIs

  • Identify process improvement opportunities

  • Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives


6. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with operations, client services, and global quality teams

  • Participate in regional and global quality committees
