Skill Required:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports according to established processes.

  • Perform data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submissions, and follow-ups for ICSRs in compliance with client guidelines and global regulations.

  • Conduct follow-ups for both serious and non-serious cases.

  • Support the Clinical, Pharmacovigilance & Regulatory sub-offering within Life Sciences R&D, enabling better outcomes by integrating patient insights with scientific expertise.

  • Solve routine problems by referring to established guidelines.

  • Receive detailed to moderate instruction for daily and new tasks.

  • Work independently within a defined scope while collaborating with your immediate team and supervisor.

  • Role may involve rotational shift work.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

  • Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT)

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc. Nursing)
