Job Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage case processing tasks across a range of clinical trial and post-marketing scenarios

  • Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from all sources in compliance with global regulations, internal SOPs, and client-specific timelines

  • Independently manage SAE/SUSAR submissions, unblinding, and clinical trial reconciliations

  • Prepare database outputs for periodic reports such as PBRER, DSUR, and PADER

  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members

  • Support procedure optimization and contribute to the continuous development of case processing practices

  • Ensure full accountability for assigned case processing tasks, excluding medical review


Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in life sciences, biomedicine, chemistry, biology, biotechnology, or veterinary science

  • Significant demonstrated experience in pharmacovigilance case processing

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) – minimum C1 level
