Job Responsibilities:
Independently manage case processing tasks across a range of clinical trial and post-marketing scenarios
Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from all sources in compliance with global regulations, internal SOPs, and client-specific timelines
Independently manage SAE/SUSAR submissions, unblinding, and clinical trial reconciliations
Prepare database outputs for periodic reports such as PBRER, DSUR, and PADER
Provide mentorship and training to junior team members
Support procedure optimization and contribute to the continuous development of case processing practices
Ensure full accountability for assigned case processing tasks, excluding medical review
Required Qualifications:
Degree in life sciences, biomedicine, chemistry, biology, biotechnology, or veterinary science
Significant demonstrated experience in pharmacovigilance case processing
Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English (verbal and written) – minimum C1 level
