Key Responsibilities & Authorities:
Project Scheduling & Communication:
Review Data Delivery requests and collaborate with key stakeholders to schedule study delivery activities.
Coordinate project expectations with stakeholders for study delivery timelines.
Track, manage, and report Data Delivery progress using delivery management platforms.
Provide updates to key representatives and communicate timely Data Delivery information to teams.
Data Delivery Management:
Identify critical success factors for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
Collaborate with department leaders for appropriate training of those involved with Data Delivery.
Understand SOPs, work with QA to clarify deviations, and document revisions.
Train and maintain team knowledge of SOPs.
Cross-Functional Support:
Lead by example with professional and collaborative conduct.
Develop and deliver project team training.
Maintain quality service and departmental standards by adhering to SOPs.
Other Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with internal staff to resolve issues and help others achieve results.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Maintain technical and industry knowledge by participating in company-sponsored training.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3+ years of relevant experience may be considered as equivalent.
Experience & Skills:
Experience identifying and troubleshooting software problems.
Proficient in working with MS Office suite and Jira.
Strong ability to work in both group settings and independently.
Capability to adjust to changing priorities and manage tasks effectively.
Other Attributes:
Problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Excellent attention to detail and meticulous work.
Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude.
