Job Summary:

Novo Nordisk is looking for a Project Manager - Communications to lead and execute impactful communication strategies across IOSO RA. This role supports the VP’s vision by crafting aligned messaging, driving strategic initiatives, and engaging cross-functional stakeholders to support the broader regulatory and business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies across IOSO RA.

  • Align communications with VP’s objectives and organizational strategy.

  • Act as the communication bridge between the VP’s office and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure communication initiatives support broader goals.

  • Prepare insightful data reports and visualizations showing communication impact.

  • Lead internal communication creation and distribution, ensuring alignment with leadership messaging.

  • Support change management efforts within the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Communications, PR, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 6 years in strategic communications, ideally in a senior role.

    • Executive-level communication support experience is a plus.

    • Pharmaceutical industry background, with exposure to regulatory affairs and drug development, preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and influence capabilities.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication.

    • Strategic thinker with attention to detail.

    • Effective in managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

    • Strong business acumen.
