Role Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager – Pharmacovigilance, Safety & Medical to manage and oversee a portfolio of complex product development programs within TDS. This role ensures strategic alignment, cross-functional coordination, and successful delivery of projects while serving as a liaison between business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, program management expertise, and deep understanding of healthcare/pharmaceutical operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead program execution across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and scope.

  • Drive portfolio prioritization, planning, risk mitigation, and issue resolution while keeping stakeholders informed.

  • Manage interdependencies across projects, optimize resource allocation, and monitor progress against objectives.

  • Collaborate with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure program goals contribute to broader business strategies.

  • Oversee project managers executing programs of varying complexity.

  • Establish and maintain program procedures, guidelines, and timelines, approving modifications as required.

  • Support Business Partner & Product Manager in benefits management and strategic initiatives.

  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, including contracts, SOWs, and purchase orders.

  • Analyze impact of project changes and implement strategies for effective program delivery.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, anticipating and resolving issues proactively.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Life Sciences, Technical Discipline, or relevant field.

  • Proven experience in program or project management in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors.

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and business management software.

  • Knowledge of budgeting, resource management, and cross-functional team coordination.

  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
