Key Responsibilities & Authorities:

  • Program Delivery:

    • Ensure consistency of delivery across programs by setting standards, sharing lessons learned, and communicating client-specific requirements to internal teams.

    • Serve as a member of Oversight/Operations Committees for assigned clients.

    • Organize and contribute to partnerships with clients and Clario internal teams to review and discuss study risks, mitigation plans, status updates, opportunities, quality, and client satisfaction.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management:

    • Address any project or program issues for assigned clients and ensure timely resolution.

    • Monitor study timelines and manage financial components for assigned projects.

    • Identify potential study risks and escalate as necessary.

    • Lead internal/external negotiations and promote collaboration across teams to meet study timelines and contractual obligations.

  • Reporting & Governance:

    • Monitor and report Program level KPIs on a regular basis (e.g., monthly or quarterly).

    • Attend operational and governance meetings with customers.

    • Present study services at Investigator Meetings, Site Initiation meetings, Vendor Kick-off meetings, and other sponsor/study-related meetings.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Provide primary service line support to cross-trained team members from other service lines.

    • Participate in sales initiatives to generate revenue and assist with training plans for new Project Management team members.

    • Perform other duties as assigned or required by circumstances.


What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree and proven Project Management experience.

    • 1.5+ years of experience as a manager.

    • 4-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry, with a focus on project management.

  • Experience & Skills:

    • Knowledge of the drug development process.

    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Other Attributes:

    • Detail-oriented with strong responsiveness to inquiries.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
