Position Summary

As a Product Content Specialist III on the Digital Content Platforms team, you’ll manage and maintain digital product content across global platforms. You'll be responsible for ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency of content while supporting training, process documentation, and content improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and synthesize product specifications and metadata into structured product descriptions.

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process documents, and training materials.

  • Conduct or support training sessions for internal/external stakeholders.

  • Manage content error queues and ensure timely resolution.

  • Analyze content error trends, perform root cause analysis, and drive proactive solutions.

  • Ensure content formatting, structure, and metadata align with global standards and platform requirements.

  • Confirm content complies with brand, style, and legal guidelines (including international compliance).

  • Review taxonomy and attribute accuracy for effective product categorization.

  • Collaborate with business teams to backfill content and enhance SEO performance.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams (e.g., IT, business partners) for timely project delivery.

  • Apply PPI (Practical Process Improvement) strategies for continuous enhancement.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience:
    Minimum 5+ years of experience in:

    • Content creation and maintenance.

    • Working with content management systems (CMS).

    • Managing large data sets using Microsoft Excel and Access.

  • Regulatory Knowledge:
    Familiarity with global regulatory/compliance agencies, including:

    • OSHA

    • ANSI

    • FDA

    • CSA

    • CE

    • NFPA


Skills & Abilities

  • Outstanding attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and content formatting skills.

  • Working knowledge of scientific terminology and abbreviations.

  • Strong project and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and time-sensitive projects.

  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive in problem-solving.

  • Comfortable working independently and in team environments.

  • Ability to apply Generative AI to streamline content creation or improvement.
