Job Summary

The Process Excellence Lead will function as a strategic change agent, driving continuous improvement initiatives across business functions. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent), you will lead cross-functional projects, optimize operational processes, and embed a culture of excellence across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement projects aligned with organizational goals, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency

  • Act as a central point of contact for Process Excellence initiatives and best practice implementation

  • Collaborate with process owners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to define priorities, objectives, and improvement strategies

  • Train, mentor, and coach teams on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, problem-solving tools, and continuous improvement frameworks

  • Develop data-driven business cases and recommend process changes with measurable outcomes

  • Monitor implementation progress and establish control mechanisms to ensure sustainability of improvements

  • Partner with senior leadership, including Quality Heads and Business Process Leaders, to drive enterprise-wide excellence

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within timelines, scope, and quality standards

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and standardization of best practices across global operations


Stakeholder Management and Communication

  • Engage with internal stakeholders including executive leadership, functional heads, and global teams

  • Influence decision-making through strategic communication and data-backed insights

  • Lead discussions, negotiations, and change management conversations across all organizational levels


Travel Requirements

  • Up to 25% travel may be required

  • Travel primarily includes visits to company facilities and client locations


Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with expertise in statistical tools and data interpretation

  • Advanced proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Minitab

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities effectively

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent

  • Capability to train teams on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement frameworks

  • High adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and ability to perform under pressure


Educational Qualifications and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a relevant discipline (mandatory)

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent) required

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in process excellence, continuous improvement, or operational transformation


Work Environment

  • Combination of desk-based work and active engagement across teams

  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
