Principal Statistical Programmer – Remote (USA/Canada)

Job Summary

IQVIA is seeking a Principal Statistical Programmer to join its Data Sciences Staffing Solutions (DSSS) unit. This fully remote role is focused on early-phase translational medicine studies and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research through the creation of ADaM datasets and PK analysis. Join a globally respected CRO while working in a dedicated sponsor environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on statistical programming for early-phase clinical studies.

  • Develop ADaM safety datasets including ADSL, ADLB, ADVS, ADEX, ADPC, ADPP, and POPPK.

  • Generate PK NCA tables, figures, and listings (TFLs).

  • Support studies with exposure-response analysis, cross-over designs, and PK parameter pooling.

  • Ensure programming work complies with regulatory standards and submission guidelines.

  • Collaborate closely with sponsors in a functional service provider (FSP) model.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in statistical programming.

  • Extensive Phase I study experience with a focus on PKPD data.

  • Proven ability to develop ADPP and ADPC datasets.

  • Strong SAS programming skills with in-depth CDISC and ADaM knowledge.

  • Experience with NONMEM datasets is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for submissions.

  • Project or study lead experience preferred but not mandatory.
