Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Pharmacovigilance (PV) Assistant. No prior experience in pharmacovigilance is required, as we will provide all the necessary training. As a PV Assistant, you will work as part of a project team, supporting a range of pharmacovigilance activities for PrimeVigilance. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in drug safety and contribute to the safety of patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and acknowledge safety messages, tracking and filing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in line with regulations, PrimeVigilance procedures, and client-specific requirements.
  • Submit and track periodic reports as required.
  • Maintain an organized archive and prepare documents with final layouts.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Advanced English language skills (verbal and written) at B2/C1 level.
  • Desirable administrative experience with strong IT skills (MS Office, particularly Excel and Word).
  • A high degree of discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines with accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
