Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual with a Life Science or biomedical background (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, veterinary science) to join our team as a Pharmacovigilance (PV) Associate. This position is ideal for recent graduates looking to start and grow their careers in drug safety. As a PV Associate, you will contribute to a variety of pharmacovigilance activities, working within small clinical trial teams and large, post-marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from clinical trials and post-marketing sources, ensuring compliance with regulations, PrimeVigilance procedures, and client requirements.
  • Focus on triage, data entry, quality review, and submission workflow for ICSRs.
  • Assist with report reconciliation activities.
  • Work under supervision and guidance from more experienced colleagues to develop skills in pharmacovigilance.

Qualifications

  • A Life Science or biomedical degree (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, veterinary science).
  • A keen interest in learning and contributing to patient safety.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced English language skills (minimum B2 level, both written and verbal).
