    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the Affiliate Mailbox, reconcile reports, and perform written follow-up attempts for both Serious and Non-serious cases.
    • Create and manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database as per client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.

    • Interact with peers, management levels, and clients, with guidance provided for determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
    • Decisions made in this role often impact the team and may involve managing small teams or work efforts at client sites or within Accenture.
