Location: Bloomingdale, IL
Work Schedule: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Client Office. As the face of Labcorp, you will deliver exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and contribute to the organization's continuous growth.

What We Offer:

Pay Range: $15.98 - $24.50 per hour
(Pay is based on skills, experience, certifications, internal equity, and market data.)

Incentive Program: Phlebotomists may qualify for the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Casual, PRN, and Part-Time employees scheduled for fewer than 20 hours per week are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
Enter patient information accurately and promptly.
Process billing information and collect payments as needed.
Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Maintain accurate logs of patient and specimen information.
Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.
Complete administrative and clerical tasks as required.
Travel to additional sites, if necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- Phlebotomy certification or completion of a training program from an accredited agency, or prior experience as a phlebotomist.
- 1-2 years of phlebotomy experience with patients of all ages (preferred).
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
Ability to work independently and in team settings.
Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation and clean driving record (if applicable).
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
