About the Role
Maxor National Pharmacy Services is seeking a full-time bilingual Spanish Pharmacy Technician or Clerk to join the Whatley Health Services Pharmacy team. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to assist a diverse patient population.
Whatley Health Services is a nonprofit community health center providing primary healthcare services to children, adults, and seniors, including those with private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or no insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate and attentive customer service.
Handle POS transactions and ring sales accurately.
Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
Provide sensitive and urgent assistance during all patient interactions.
Complete tasks efficiently, accurately, and with attention to detail.
Collaborate effectively with a high-performing team while also working independently.
Display professionalism and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish): Required.
1+ years of retail pharmacy experience preferred.
Proficiency with computer systems and pharmacy software.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
