About the Role

Maxor National Pharmacy Services is seeking a full-time bilingual Spanish Pharmacy Technician or Clerk to join the Whatley Health Services Pharmacy team. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to assist a diverse patient population.

Whatley Health Services is a nonprofit community health center providing primary healthcare services to children, adults, and seniors, including those with private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or no insurance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate and attentive customer service.

  • Handle POS transactions and ring sales accurately.

  • Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.

  • Provide sensitive and urgent assistance during all patient interactions.

  • Complete tasks efficiently, accurately, and with attention to detail.

  • Collaborate effectively with a high-performing team while also working independently.

  • Display professionalism and a commitment to continuous professional growth.


Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish): Required.

  • 1+ years of retail pharmacy experience preferred.

  • Proficiency with computer systems and pharmacy software.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
