About the Role
As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, directly contributing to patient care and wellness services. In this role, you will be responsible for disease state management, optimizing medication therapy, and assisting in the management of both acute and chronic conditions. You will also oversee the pharmacy’s financial performance and lead a dedicated pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care services, including medication therapy management.
  • Uphold operational standards, including safety, performance metrics, and compliance.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacy team members.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement initiatives aimed at increasing profitability and improving patient care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice, with all licenses in good standing.
  • Certified immunizer preferred.
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules.
