Role Overview:
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will be aligned with Accenture’s Life Sciences R&D vertical. You will assist in delivering comprehensive pharmacovigilance and patient services solutions for leading biopharma companies, contributing to the improvement of patient outcomes and providing safety surveillance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Affiliate Mailbox and perform reconciliation of reports according to process guidelines.
Handle written follow-up attempts, including both serious and non-serious cases.
Manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database as per client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
Solve routine problems, following general guidelines and precedents.
Work within your team and interact with your direct supervisor for guidance.
Contribute individually as part of the team, with a focused scope of work.
This role may require rotational shifts.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy or Master of Pharmacy.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in pharmacovigilance operations, preferably with experience in case processing and ICSR management.
