Designation: Pharmacovigilance Services Specialist
Qualification Required: MBBS

Skill Set Required:

  • Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance

  • Knowledge of ICSR case processing, MedDRA coding, data entry, and regulatory submission

  • Ability to manage affiliate mailbox, reconcile reports, and perform follow-up activities (both serious and non-serious cases)

  • Understanding of client safety database and applicable global regulatory standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform moderately complex problem analysis and solution development

  • Develop or adapt existing procedures to solve challenges

  • Understand strategic direction from senior leadership and align team goals accordingly

  • Interact with direct supervisors and potentially with clients or peers

  • Make decisions that could impact the team's outcomes

  • Manage small teams or work as an individual contributor on client deliverables

  • Be flexible to work in rotational shifts as required
