Responsibilities
Case Management
Manage Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports as per process guidelines.
Identify, process, and create cases for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
Perform data entry, MedDRA coding, and handle case follow-ups.
Compliance & Quality
Ensure case processing adheres to client guidelines and global regulatory standards.
Conduct written follow-up attempts for both serious and non-serious cases.
Collaboration
Work within a team, interacting with team members and direct supervisors to meet project objectives.
Contribute as an individual contributor with a focused scope of work.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT), or B.Sc. Nursing degree.
Required Skills
Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
Agility for quick learning of processes and tools.
Strong commitment to quality and compliance.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
