Role Overview: As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate within our Life Sciences R&D vertical, you will contribute to our comprehensive life sciences services, which span research, clinical trials, regulatory services, pharmacovigilance, and patient services. You will be instrumental in managing affiliate mailboxes, reconciling reports, and performing written follow-ups for both serious and non-serious cases. This role involves case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory standards.
