Role Overview

As part of Accenture’s Life Sciences R&D vertical, you’ll contribute to advancing the entire life sciences enterprise, including:

  • Research laboratories
  • Clinical trial support
  • Regulatory services
  • Pharmacovigilance and patient care solutions

You’ll work on helping global biopharma leaders bring their visions to life, improving patient outcomes by combining scientific expertise with patient insights.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Case Management:
    • Identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and case processing.
    • Ensure timely submission and follow-up for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) per global regulatory requirements.
  2. Report Management:
    • Manage the affiliate mailbox and reconcile reports as per process guidelines.
    • Perform follow-ups on both serious and non-serious cases.
  3. Process Adherence:
    • Follow client-specific guidelines and applicable global regulatory standards.
    • Manage and maintain safety databases and records.
