Role Overview: As a Pharmacovigilance Services Analyst within our Life Sciences R&D vertical, you will support our comprehensive life sciences services, which cover research, clinical trials, regulatory services, pharmacovigilance, and patient services. You will be involved in managing the Affiliate Mailbox, reconciling reports, and performing follow-ups on both serious and non-serious cases. Your role will include creating and managing case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), adhering to client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • JLPT N3 certification or equivalent proficiency in Japanese
  • Background in life sciences with experience in translations
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve lower-complexity problems
  • Ability to work with moderate guidance and make decisions impacting your work and potentially others

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and address lower-complexity issues in pharmacovigilance
  • Collaborate primarily with peers within Accenture, with occasional updates to supervisors
  • Limited exposure to clients and Accenture management
  • Receive moderate-level instructions for daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments
  • Make decisions that impact your own work and may affect the work of others
  • Contribute as an individual team member with a focused scope of work
