Key Accountabilities

As a Pharmacovigilance Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related matters, both for clients and internally within PrimeVigilance.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that projects meet client expectations and maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Define project scope and objectives based on signed agreements between PrimeVigilance and the client.
    • Lead project planning efforts, establishing clear deadlines and interim milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Prepare detailed reports for both the client and PrimeVigilance management, including monthly reports that will serve as the basis for invoicing and tracking project progress.
    • Ensure consistent communication and updates are provided to clients and stakeholders to keep everyone informed on project status.
  • Cross-functional Coordination:
    • Coordinate with various teams within PrimeVigilance to ensure the smooth execution of pharmacovigilance activities and project deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in Pharmacovigilance Project Management, ideally from a service provider or CRO (Contract Research Organization).
  • Educational Background:
    • A Life Science or Biomedical background, with a healthcare-related degree in chemistry, biology, biotechnology, veterinary science, or a related field.
  • Client-Facing Skills:
    • Strong client-facing experience, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Project Management Skills:
    • Demonstrated expertise in time management, organization, and multitasking with strong attention to detail.
  • Language Skills:
    • Advanced English skills (both verbal and written) at least at a B2 level.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
