Key Responsibilities

  • Perform case processing activities including case intake, data review, narrative writing, coding, and data entry in safety databases such as Argus and ArisG.

  • Analyze and interpret complex safety information while maintaining accuracy and completeness.

  • Ensure adherence to global and local pharmacovigilance procedures, compliance standards, and patient safety guidelines.

  • Execute follow-up activities to obtain additional case information as required.

  • Contribute to the enhancement and implementation of safety systems, operational processes, and documentation workflows.

  • Support performance-driven operations by meeting defined quality and productivity benchmarks.

  • Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration and work effectively within team-based environments.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience in Argus and/or ArisG.

  • Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance case processing workflows.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must hold a degree in any of the following Life Science disciplines:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

  • Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc – Life Sciences)

  • Master of Science (M.Sc – Life Sciences)

Experience Required:
1 to 4 years of professional experience in Pharmacovigilance case processing.
