As a Pharmacovigilance Associate, you will partner with a global pharmaceutical leader committed to discovering and developing life-changing treatments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process safety events (premarketing, post-marketing, medical device, and drug) in line with project-specific procedures.

  • Analyze literature (abstracts and full articles) for safety information related to marketed and investigational products.

  • Generate and review safety data listings; ensure data accuracy and consistency.

  • Update safety tracking systems and maintain project documentation with high quality standards.

  • Evaluate clinical and diagnostic data during case processing.

  • Participate in project meetings and teleconferences as necessary.

  • Respond to and process medical information inquiries from consumers and healthcare professionals (via phone, fax, or email).

  • Triage and document inquiries involving medical information, product quality complaints, and adverse events.

  • Submit SAE reports, periodic reports, and safety documentation to stakeholders including clients, regulatory authorities, ethics committees, and investigators within required timelines.


Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (Pharmacy preferred).

  • Prior experience in pharmacovigilance case processing involving human health drugs.

  • Advanced level of English is required.

  • Advanced level of Spanish is a plus.
