Job Summary:
Accenture is hiring Pharmacovigilance Services New Associates to support global drug safety operations from their Chennai location. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates in Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, or Nursing to begin their career in pharmacovigilance, working with international clients to ensure drug safety through accurate case handling and MedDRA coding.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage affiliate mailbox and reconcile reports
Perform written follow-up on serious and non-serious cases
Create and manage case identification in the safety database
Perform data entry, MedDRA coding, and ICSR processing
Ensure compliance with client guidelines and regulatory requirements
Submit follow-ups and maintain data quality across case lifecycles
Work in rotational shifts under direct supervision

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor of Pharmacy
Bachelor of Physiotherapy
BSc. Nursing
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Strong adaptability and fast learning capability
Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance principles
