Role Overview

As a Pharmacovigilance Services New Associate, you will support the management of the Affiliate Mailbox, reconciliation of reports, and perform written follow-ups for both serious and non-serious adverse events.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Affiliate Mailbox and process incoming reports.

  • Reconcile reports according to defined processes.

  • Perform written follow-ups for Serious and Non-serious cases.

  • Solve routine problems using established precedents and general guidelines.

  • Interact primarily with your team members and direct supervisor.

  • Follow detailed to moderate instructions for daily work and new assignments.


Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy / B.Sc. Nursing / Bachelor of Physiotherapy

  • Experience: 1–2 years in pharmacovigilance or related healthcare fields

  • Skills Required:

    • Good written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines

    • Team collaboration and adaptability
