Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement (15%): Provide guidance on pharmacological and non-pharmacological options for managing health conditions. Deliver information based on customer-preferred communication methods.
  • Clinical Services (15%): Offer services including medication therapy management (MTM), immunizations, point-of-care testing, and diagnostic testing, in line with state regulations, to improve therapeutic outcomes.
  • Business Growth (15%): Leverage products and services to support customer satisfaction, script growth, and profitability.
  • Prescription Accuracy (15%): Ensure prescriptions are accurately filled by completing Drug Utilization Reviews and Final Quality Assurance, in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Patient Care (10%): Provide patient care through in-person, telephonic, or digital means, working closely with providers to focus on health and wellness outcomes.
  • Team Leadership (10%): Assist Pharmacy Manager with supervising and training pharmacy associates, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Customer Satisfaction (5%): Handle and resolve customer issues effectively to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Training & Compliance (5%): Complete required training, including certifications on Whole Being Health and regulatory requirements.
  • Security & Standard Work (5%): Maintain pharmacy security and ensure standard work processes are followed for consistent and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Required)
    • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) (Preferred)
  • Licenses/Certifications:

    • Active Pharmacist License in state of practice (Required)
    • Immunization Certification (Required)
    • CPR Certification (Required)
  • Skills & Abilities:

    • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
    • Ability to drive innovation and inspire team solutions
    • Strong stress tolerance and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality patient care
