### **Position Overview**
We are looking for an experienced **Operational Excellence Manager** to lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across multiple departments at our **Jigani** site. The ideal candidate will be an **influencer** with expertise in **Lean & Six Sigma**, capable of driving transformation, mentoring teams, and fostering a culture of daily continuous improvement.
This position is based in **Bangalore, India**, with **~20% domestic & international travel**.
### **Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Excellence Strategy:** Develop long-term **OpEx strategy and roadmap** in collaboration with site leadership.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work with **manufacturing, engineering, quality, distribution, and supply chain** teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- **Leadership & Mentorship:** Lead transformational projects, **mentor Black Belts (BB) and Green Belts (GB)**, and facilitate leadership steering committees.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Publish **monthly OpEx MIS reports**, including scorecards, progress updates, and key initiatives.
- **Problem-Solving & RCA:** Facilitate **root cause analysis (RCA), process mapping, value stream mapping (VSM), and statistical analysis** sessions.
- **Training & Capability Building:** Conduct training on **Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)** tools for OpEx teams.
- **Best Practices Sharing:** Capture and share best practices across site teams to drive quality, cost, productivity, and delivery improvements.
- **Gap Analysis & Project Execution:** Identify opportunities for improvement and drive **OpEx projects** in alignment with business goals.
### **Required Skills & Competencies**
- **Inspirational leadership** with cross-functional influence.
- Proven track record in **leading and implementing** high-impact projects.
- **Strategic mindset** with expertise in world-class change management.
- Strong **presentation and communication skills** (oral and written).
- **Deep knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma**, including **VSM, TPM, and Six Sigma analytical tools**.
### **Education & Experience**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in a related field (B.Tech/Engineering preferred).
- **8+ years** of experience in **Operational Excellence**.
- **Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification** required.
- Experience in **Healthcare, Pharma, FMCG, or Chemicals** industries.
- **Experience in production system deployment** is preferred.
