Job Summary

Medpace is seeking a Site Payments Processor to join our Clinical Operations team in Navi Mumbai.
This is a full-time, office-based role where you’ll be responsible for managing and processing site payments that are critical to the success of global clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily accounts payable and site payment data entry tasks for assigned clinical studies.

  • Manage system setup for tracking and administering site payments.

  • Oversee the processing and calculation of payments to investigator sites.

  • Coordinate and maintain site-specific agreements, amendments, and mapping of site payees.

  • Perform project and site-level reporting, including payment status tracking and financial updates.

  • Code, track, and reconcile site invoices with corresponding data sources.

  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial operations related to site payments.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, treasury, accounting, or a business-related field.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

    • High attention to detail and accountability for deliverables.

    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

    • Demonstrated professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality in all financial operations.
