Job Summary
Medpace is seeking a Site Payments Processor to join our Clinical Operations team in Navi Mumbai.
This is a full-time, office-based role where you’ll be responsible for managing and processing site payments that are critical to the success of global clinical trials.
If you are detail-oriented, organized, and interested in building a career within a leading global Clinical Research Organization (CRO), this position offers the opportunity for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
Execute daily accounts payable and site payment data entry tasks for assigned clinical studies.
Manage system setup for tracking and administering site payments.
Oversee the processing and calculation of payments to investigator sites.
Coordinate and maintain site-specific agreements, amendments, and mapping of site payees.
Perform project and site-level reporting, including payment status tracking and financial updates.
Code, track, and reconcile site invoices with corresponding data sources.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial operations related to site payments.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, treasury, accounting, or a business-related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High attention to detail and accountability for deliverables.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality in all financial operations.
