Position Summary
The Medical Writer II (Funding e-Request) will manage and maintain external funding databases, track request management systems, and perform quality control (QC) checks on Investigator-Initiated Study (IIS) requests.
The role requires excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills, along with strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office tools.
Experience Required
3–4 years of experience in the healthcare or life sciences domain.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update client databases, learning platforms, and web-based systems for accuracy and consistency.
Perform data cleaning and quality checks to ensure compliance with client requirements.
Contribute to project planning and regularly update resource tracking sheets.
Communicate project progress to the team lead and support project management activities.
Identify potential risks to project delivery and propose proactive solutions.
Ensure deliverables are accurate, consistent, and compliant before client submission.
Develop and maintain work instructions as per the Request Management System.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage workload and meet deadlines.

Candidate Profile
Education: Postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Life Sciences from a recognized institution.
Background: Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare domains, with flexibility to transition into other service lines post-project.
